Latin Trading was formed as a close corporation in 1995 and, under the control of Victor Jiménez, operates mainly in the importing and exporting of a wide range of goods and services, including electrical, construction, electronic and mining equipment

Latin Trading also acts as import/export agents, and as electrical wholesalers to large companies and institutions, contractors and retailers, as well as having excellent working relationships with many of the foreign Embassies based in South Africa.

All import/export documentation and is under Latin's control, and the company is authorized to issue SADEC certificates.

Latin is associated with reliable shipping companies such as Jonen Freight, Nesh Freight, Pelikan Freight, Kuehne & Nagel, Helmann International Forwarders, TNT, and DHL.

In conjunction with Credit Guarantee and ABSA Bank, Latin Trading ensures that all international transactions are under insurance supervision and financial control.
